The Teen Bully Hotline is operated by individuals who are not professional hotline social workers. Our operators are everyday people including mothers, fathers, teachers, and volunteers, who have personal experiences and expertise in helping teens who are experiencing bullying. While we strive to provide the best possible support and guidance, we are not claiming to be professional counselors or therapists. Our aim is to offer assistance and help teens navigate through their bullying situations. It is always recommended to seek professional advice if needed.

The Teen Bully Hotline strictly prohibits any form of in-person meetings or appointments. Our services are limited to phone consultations only. We prioritize the safety and well-being of both our operators and the individuals seeking assistance. Therefore, we do not offer or support any physical meetings or face-to-face interactions. Our goal is to provide effective guidance and support through phone conversations to help teens handle their bullying situations. Please respect this policy and refrain from requesting or engaging in any in-person meetings.
